1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between 优知 (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“user”, “you”, “your”), governing your access to and use of the Vast Drama mobile application (“App”), including all core functions, short drama streaming services, in-app reward programs, cash redemption and withdrawal services, and all related platform features.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use this App and its related services. All services provided by Vast Drama are intended for users aged 13 and above.

2. Service Description

Vast Drama is a free short drama entertainment platform that provides users with on-demand short drama streaming, interactive tasks, and legitimate reward-earning services. Users can obtain in-app virtual rewards and cashable bonuses by watching dramas, completing daily tasks, viewing authorized in-app advertisements, and participating in platform official activities.

We reserve the right to continuously optimize, iterate, adjust, suspend, or terminate partial or full platform services based on operational needs, content updates, technical maintenance, or Google Play policy requirements, with prior notice via in-app announcements where applicable.

3. In-App Reward & Earning Rules (Core Provisions)

The in-app reward and cash earning functions are auxiliary welfare services provided by the platform for active users. All reward rules are officially formulated and interpreted exclusively by us. Users shall participate in reward activities in full compliance with platform rules.

3.1 Reward Acquisition Rules

Users can obtain virtual coins, bonus points, and cash rewards only through legitimate platform behaviors, including but not limited to: watching complete short drama episodes, finishing daily active tasks, browsing official recommended content, participating in limited-time platform activities, and viewing in-app advertisements completely. All reward acquisition behaviors must be manually initiated and completed by real individual users.

The amount of rewards is automatically calculated by the platform system based on user activity, task completion quality, and activity rules. We reserve the right to adjust reward proportions, task difficulty, activity types, and reward upper limits at any time according to operational conditions.

3.2 Reward Redemption & Withdrawal Rules

In-app virtual rewards can be converted into cash benefits in accordance with the official conversion ratio announced by the platform. Users can apply for cash withdrawal only when their account balance reaches the official specified minimum withdrawal threshold.

To complete withdrawal verification and fund distribution, users may voluntarily provide accurate information including email address, mobile phone number, and legal payment account information. You have the right to refuse to provide the above information; refusal will only result in the inability to use withdrawal and cash reward functions and will not affect your basic drama viewing experience.

All withdrawal applications will be reviewed and verified by the platform. We will complete fund distribution within the official specified processing cycle. Delays may occur due to third-party payment channel failures, user information errors, system maintenance, or compliance review requirements, for which we will not bear liability for compensation.

All user rewards and cash benefits are limited to personal non-commercial use only. Any commercial arbitrage, bulk brushing, and profit transfer behaviors are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Reward Invalidity Rules

The platform has the right to invalidate, recover, and clear abnormal rewards in the following situations: rewards obtained through violation of platform rules, system statistical errors, abnormal account operation, user-provided incorrect information leading to failed verification, and long-term inactive accounts with dormant rewards. Expired rewards and unclaimed benefits shall be deemed automatically abandoned by users.

4. User Conduct Constraints & Prohibited Behaviors

You agree to use the App in compliance with local laws, Google Play policies, and these Terms. You shall be solely responsible for all behaviors under your user account. The following prohibited behaviors are strictly forbidden, and we have the right to take corresponding disciplinary measures once discovered:

• Using plug-ins, scripts, automation tools, simulators, batch operation software, or technical means to brush tasks, brush rewards, and fake active behaviors;

• Registering multiple accounts, batch account creation, account leasing, account trading, team brushing, and other bulk arbitrage behaviors;

• Modifying device information, falsifying user data, bypassing platform risk control, and tampering with system task and reward data;

• Maliciously attacking, interfering, or disrupting the normal operation of the App server, program, and system functions;

• Using the platform reward system for money laundering, illegal fund transfer, commercial speculation, and other illegal and improper purposes;

• Providing false payment information, false contact information, or maliciously applying for repeated withdrawals and invalid orders;

• Publishing spreading illegal, violent, pornographic, infringing, discriminatory, and other non-compliant content on the platform;

• Other behaviors that violate platform rules, damage platform rights and interests, or violate relevant laws and regulations.

5. Account Disciplinary Measures

For any user behavior that violates these Terms, we have the right to take hierarchical disciplinary measures according to the severity of the violation, including but not limited to:

• Issuing in-app warning notifications and reminding users to standardize their usage behaviors;

• Freezing user in-app rewards, invalidating abnormal earnings, and recovering improperly obtained benefits;

• Restricting partial platform functions, including limiting task participation, reward acquisition, and withdrawal functions;

• Permanently banning accounts, clearing all account data and residual rewards, and refusing subsequent service provision;

• Reserving the right to pursue legal liabilities for serious violations that cause platform economic losses or operational hazards.

All disciplinary decisions made by the platform based on system risk control data and manual review are final. Users shall have no right to appeal or claim compensation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to short drama content, videos, texts, images, interface design, logos, program codes, and functional mechanisms, are legally owned by us or our authorized licensors. No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, disseminate, modify, commercialize, or steal platform content and functions without our written authorization.

Users undertake not to conduct any infringement behaviors against platform intellectual property rights. We will hold infringing users legally responsible for any losses caused thereby.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party advertising SDKs (including Google AdMob, AppLovin, Pangle etc.) and payment service channels to support normal platform operation and reward services. All third-party services are independently provided by corresponding institutions. We do not assume joint liability for the service quality, privacy rules, and content security of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services shall comply with their respective service terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Our in-app reward and cash earning services are free auxiliary welfare activities, which do not constitute any commercial commitment, contract promise, or investment behavior. We do not guarantee continuous unadjusted reward rules, fixed reward amounts, and permanent service availability.

We shall not be liable for any user losses caused by the following situations: policy adjustment and service suspension, system maintenance and temporary service interruption, user's personal misoperation, incorrect information submission, account abnormality caused by user's non-compliant operation, force majeure factors, and third-party service failures.

Users shall independently bear all risks and responsibilities arising from their violation of platform rules and improper use of services.

9. Term Amendment & Update

We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms of Service irregularly in response to business adjustments, rule optimization, technical upgrades, and legal policy changes. The updated Terms will be announced through in-app notifications or official pages and take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable international network laws and Google Play developer policy specifications. Any disputes arising from service use shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If negotiation fails, the parties shall resolve the dispute through legal channels.
